Nippon Life India Asset Management allots 5.15 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nippon Life India Asset Management has allotted 5,15,730 equity shares under ESOP on 22 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 63,92,95,897 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
