Rose Merc. allots 1.43 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Rose Merc. has allotted 1,43,000 equity shares under ESOP on 20 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,56,16,300 consisting of 65,61,630 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
