Meesho allots 1.03 cr equity shares under ESOP

Meesho has allotted 1,03,59,200 equity shares under ESOP on 20 June 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4,59,83,01,651 (comprising 4,59,83,01,651 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 4,60,86,60,851 (comprising 4,60,86,60,851 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
