Emcure Pharmaceuticals allots 26,000 equity shares under ESOS

Emcure Pharmaceuticals has allotted 26,000 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 18,96,80,147 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,89,68,01,470/-.
