Intellect Design Arena allots 1.64 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 1,64,940 equity shared under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 70,08,78,390 divided into 14,01,75,678 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
