Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 28,452 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,44,60,17,470/- (i.e. 28,92,03,494 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each).
