Angel One has granted 7,34,576 Restrictive Stock Units (RSUs) to 1 (One) eligible employee of the Company, convertible into equal number of equity shares of the company of face value of Re. 1 each, under the Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 (LTI Plan 2021).
