Aurobindo Pharma receives US FTC approval for acquisition of Lannett business

Aurobindo Pharma announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc. has received the approval from US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for the acquisition of 100% of membership interest in Lannett Company LLC from LANNETT SELLER HOLDCO, INC.
