ACME Solar Holdings allots 7.23 lakh equity shares under ESOP

ACME Solar Holdings has allotted 7,23,642 equity shares to ACME Employees Welfare Trust under ACME Employee Stock Option Plan 2024. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,41,37,48,672 divided into 70,68,74,336 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each.
