Nuvama Wealth Management allots 1.48 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 1,48,670 equity shares under ESOP on 18 June 2026. Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company increased from 18,23,36,448 equity shares to 18,24,85,118 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each.
