Gala Precision Engineering allots 18,650 equity shares under ESOP

Gala Precision Engineering has allotted 18,650 equity shares under ESOP on 17 June 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the total number of equity shares of the Company has been increased from 1,27,97,551 to 1,28,16,200 equity shares of Rs 10/-.
