CAMS allots 2.20 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Computer Age Management Services has allotted 2,20,230 equity shares under ESOS on 12 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 49,64,09,456/- consisting of 24,82,04,728 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
