UTI Asset Management Company allots 1250 equity shares under ESOS

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 1250 equity shares under ESOS on 12 June 2026. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,28,52,32,450 (12,85,23,245 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each) to Rs 1,28,52,44,950 (12,85,24,495 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each).
