GSP Crop Science acquires balance 21% stake in GSP Intermediates

GSP Crop Science has completed the acquisition of balance 21% equity stake in GSP Intermediates (GIPL), a subsidiary of the company. Consequent to the completion of aforesaid acquisition, the company's shareholding in GIPL has increased to 100% and GIPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
