Piramal Pharma allots 21 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Piramal Pharma has allotted 21 lakh equity shares under ESOP on 05 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,331,34,81,300 (consisting of 133,13,48,130 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each).
