MCX Evening Update: Bullion futures fall, Silver tanks around 1.40%

Precious metals turned lower today on MCX. Gold futures are down 0.77% at Rs 158811 per 10 grams amid tepid global cues though lows under Rs 157000 per 10 grams cap downslide in morning trades. MCX Silver has tumbled in tune with Copper and is currency down 1.42% at Rs 261023 per kg. The counter has been lingering around Rs 260000 per kg since afternoon.
