Nazara Technologies allots 1.82 lakh warrants

The board of Nazara Technologies has approved the allotment of 1,82,31,000 convertible warrants at a price of Rs 260 per warrant (including a premium of Rs 258 per warrants) on preferential basis against receipt of 25% of the subscription amount of Rs 118.50 crore.
