Kesar India allots 71,428 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Kesar India has allotted 71,428 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 04 June 2026. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to 3,01,71,320 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
