Yes Bank allots 2.16 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 2,16,912 equity shares under ESOP on 05 June 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,771,774,494 /- consisting of 31,385,887,247 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,772,208,318/- consisting of 31,386,104,159 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
