Aarti Industries allots 53,563 equity shares under ESOP

Aarti Industries has allotted 53,563 equity shares under ESOP on 05 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital stands increased to Rs. 1,81,32,40,270/- (divided in to 36,26,48,054 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
