Fedbank Financial Services allots 1.88 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 1,88,719 equity shares under ESOS on 04 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 3,74,51,14,450/- consisting of 37,45,11,445 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
