Board of Pilani Investment & Industries Corp. recommends Final Dividend

Pilani Investment & Industries Corp. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 June 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.9 per share (i.e.90%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
