DiGiSPICE Technologies allots 2 lakh equity shares under ESOP

DiGiSPICE Technologies has allotted 2,00,000 equity shares under ESOP on 04 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 70,40,13,318/- (divided into 23,46,71,106 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each).
