Interglobe Aviation allots 1,500 equity shares under ESOS

Interglobe Aviation has allotted 1,500 equity shares under ESOS on 04 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 38,66,57,498 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
