Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company has appointed Ashwani Bhatia (DIN: 07423221) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director, for a term of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 03 June 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Simultaneously, the Board has also approved the appointment of Ashwani Bhatia as Chairperson of the Board effective 03 June 2026.
