Board of Empire Industries recommends special dividend

Empire Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
