DCB Bank allots 1.35 lakh equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 135,650 equity shares under ESOP on 27 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 322,053,427 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
