Aditya Birla Capital allots 7.56 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 7,56,007 equity shares under ESOP on 26 May 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,21,57,09,050 (i.e. 2,62,15,70,905 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
