Black Box allots 1.03 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Black Box has allotted 1,03,950 equity shares under ESOS on 26 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 17,75,99,205 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,51,98,410/-.
