Wakefit Innovations allots 13.64 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Wakefit Innovations has allotted 13,64,949 equity shares under ESOP on 26 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 33,13,31,698 equity shares of Re 1 each.
