Board of Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) recommends 2nd interim dividend

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
