Board of Ajmera Realty & Infra India recommends final dividend

Ajmera Realty & Infra India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
