Board of Universal Cables approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 200 cr

The board of Universal Cables at its meeting held on 23 May 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) or such other debt securities on a private placement basis aggregating upto Rs. 200 crore.
