AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.83 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,83,972 equity shares under ESOP on 22 May 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,48,55,56,110 to Rs. 7,48,73,95,830.
