Tata Capital allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 2,950 cr

Tata Capital has allotted 2,95,000 secured, redeemable, non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 2,950 crore on private placement basis on 21 May 2026.
