MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals see choppy action

Base metals saw mixed moves today. MCX Copper futures for May are trading at Rs 1340 per kg, down 0.12% on the day. The counter opened sharply lower but edged up thereafter. MCX Aluminum futures rose 0.73% to trade at Rs 381.60 per kg. MCX Zinc futures added 0.74% to trade at Rs 365.90 per kg. MCX Lead futures are trading flat at Rs 202.25 per kg. MCX Nickel futures edged up 0.52% to trade at Rs 1802 per kg.
