Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 24,880 equity shares under ESOS on 15 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 30,42,42,615/- comprising of the 30,42,42,615 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
