Board of Workmates Core2cloud Solution recommends interim dividend

Workmates Core2cloud Solution announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
