Lloyds Enterprises announces CCI approval for scheme of merger

Lloyds Enterprises announced that  Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed scheme of merger by absorption of Lloyds Infrastructure & Construction (transferor company 1), Metalfab Hightech (transferor company 2) and Techno Industries (transferor company 3) with Lloyds Engineering Works (transferee Company/ material subsidiary of Lloyds Enterprises).
