Board of Ceinsys Tech recommends Final Dividend

Ceinsys Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3.50 per share (i.e.35%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
