Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals recommends Final Dividend

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.6 per share (i.e.60%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
