Board of Kirloskar Oil Engines recommends Final Dividend

Kirloskar Oil Engines announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4.50 per share (i.e.225%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
