Board of Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals recommends special dividend

Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
