ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India fixes record date for dividend

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India has fixed 10 July 2026 as record date for dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 5 for FY 2026. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before 22 August 2026.
