Board of ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India recommends Final Dividend

ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.80%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
