Board of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings recommends final dividend

Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
