Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services board approves acquisition of hospital in Gurugram

At meeting held on 13 May 2026
The board of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 has approved to enter into Hospital asset acquisition from RNY Healthcare Services at Sector 40, Gurugram for a total cash consideration of Rs 100 crore.
