SBFC Finance allots 2.66 lakh equity shares under ESOP

SBFC Finance has allotted 2,66,519 equity shares under ESOP on 13 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,10,66,80,748 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 11,06,68,07,480/-.
