Board of Torrent Power approves NCD issuance up to Rs 10,000 cr

The board of Torrent Power at its meeting held on 12 May 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of non convertible debentures up to Rs 10,000 crore in one or more tranches by way of private placement.
