Board of Tata Power Company recommends Final Dividend

Tata Power Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (i.e.250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
